Lisa Sloane

LMSW, CASAC

I never imagined that one of the most painful losses in my life would transform itself into gold. The grief, isolation, and shame I felt at the end of my 27 year marriage ravaged my self-worth and my identity. I felt stuck, blaming my former husband and feeling victimized. I had no real connection to my deeper center or ability to maintain an ongoing intimate relationship.

Conscious Uncoupling helped me find answers. It offered me a road map to growth, transformation, personal responsibility and abundant possibility. I am now grounded in my higher self and have deep and lasting intimate connections. My former husband and I treat each other with reverence as weco-parent our three children. As a Certified Coach, I can guide you to uncover the gold and support you in becoming fully empowered in all aspects of life and love.

In many years of working with individuals and groups as a certified substance abuse counselor and LMSW, I have been a guiding light for those wanting to live an authentic life. It would be my greatest honor to walk with you and turn the pain of loss into your greatest asset and treasure

You have probably heard the phrase "Our pain happens for a reason ? This certainly rings true from my experience! When my 30-year marriage ended, my life changed drastically. Moving forward alone was a difficult process. I realized I needed help to create a new, authentic life for myself

The Conscious Uncoupling process had a profound positive impact on my life. My former spouse and I were able to end our relationship respectfully, honoring our many years together. I went back to school, changed careers midlife and became a licensed mental health therapist and then was trained and certified by the Conscious Uncoupling founder and relationship expert Katherine Woodward-Thomas

I met the partner of my dreams and created a beautiful, fulfilling life that I never knew was possible! My life experiences have fostered resilience and the intention to thrive, which has led to my passion of supporting others on their life journey

Conscious Uncoupling helps us to see our heartbreak as an opportunity to grow so that our next relationships can benefit from the new wisdom we gain. I have witnessed the transformations of my clients and have seen them move forward to live a life of joy and true potential after experiencing deep loss. My life s purpose is to support you during your healing journey and help you learn to live from your true potential.
